Terms & Conditions
All orders are processed on Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.
- We deliver via JNE REG delivery service:
- 1 – 3 days to Jakarta and surrounding areas
- 2 – 6 days outside Jakarta
- There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
Free Shipping
All orders over IDR 250K are qualified for free shipping within Indonesia.
Product
Images of products are seen on the Site may differ slightly from the actual product you receive. All product descriptions, information and materials provided on the Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Urban State Indonesia purchase, you may return them within 7 days (including holidays). The day that you received your order is counted as day 1.
We will not accept a return of merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged, used, altered, or returned without our original Urban State tag and /or any accompanying materials that were originally included.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the fee to ship the items back to us. Please use a reliable method of shipping, we are not responsible for lost/undelivered returns to us.
Damaged/Incorrect Products
If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours (including weekend/holidays) to process return and exchange. Exchange/Return requests received for damaged/incorrect product after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Changes in the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change this Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revisions for Terms & Conditions changes will be published in www.urban-state.com 7 days before being in effect. Users will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
